Engineers who build products, not projects.

Web, mobile, and AI for companies who want to know what's happening with their software a week, a month, and a year after launch. Belgrade-based, working across EU and US time zones.

Six things we build

If it's not on this list, it's probably something we don't do well—so we don't sell it.

Web Applications

Web apps that hold up under load. From internal admin panels to SaaS products—shipped to production in 6 to 12 weeks.

Mobile Applications

iOS and Android apps users actually keep on their home screen. Native or React Native—we choose per project, not per template.

Content Management Systems

A CMS your marketing team will actually use. No tickets to change a single sentence.

AI Integration

AI for real work—a chatbot that resolves 70% of inquiries, OCR for invoices, an assistant that answers from your internal docs. We don't add AI just so the website can say it uses AI.

E-commerce Development

Stores that convert. Shopify, Shopware, or custom—depends on where you're actually losing customers.

UI/UX Design

Design that passes user testing, not just Dribbble. Short iterations, your team in the loop.

AI that does the job, not the demo.

We don't sell "AI strategy". We build specific solutions with measurable outcomes: a chatbot that resolves 70% of inquiries before they reach an agent, a system that processes invoices in 8 seconds instead of 8 minutes, an assistant that answers your team's questions from internal documentation. Results measured in 30 days, not quarters.

Process

From idea to production in four steps

01

Discovery

We understand the problem before proposing the solution. Discovery is on us.

(1 week)

02

Prototype

A clickable prototype your team can review and test—before the first line of code.

(2-3 weeks)

03

Build with weekly demos

You see progress every week. No "check back in three months."

(6-12 weeks)

04

Launch + 90 days of support

After launch, we stay. Bug fixes, minor updates, mentoring your team.

How we work

Five rules we don't break

Demo every Friday

Transparency

Every Friday before 5 PM you see what changed that week, what's next, and how much budget we burned. No surprises at the end of the project.

Prototype before code

Discovery

We don't write the first line of code until you've seen and tested a clickable prototype with your team. Changes in a prototype cost an hour. Changes in code cost a week.

Senior engineers on every project

Team

Seniors don't just sell, juniors don't just build. The senior engineer in your kickoff is the same person in your daily standup. If that sounds normal—you haven't worked with most agencies.

90 days post-launch, included

Support

Bug fixes, minor changes, mentoring your team—built into the original price. After 90 days we agree on a retainer or hand the project off cleanly. Either way, we're still around for questions.

"No" is a valid answer

Honesty

If we think the project shouldn't happen, the budget isn't realistic, or we're the wrong team for you—we say so on the first call. We recommend other agencies we work with. We're building a firm for ten years, not one quarter.

Have an idea or a problem your spreadsheets can't solve anymore?

30 minutes on a call. We'll tell you honestly whether it can be built, what it costs, and whether we're the right team for it. If we're not, we'll point you to someone who is.
