We're looking for people who already know the craft—Symfony, Node, Python, or a similar stack. It doesn't matter what your primary tool is; what matters is that you can ship a feature from database to API on your own, with an understanding of performance and security. If you understand why "fast code" ≠ "good code"—we'll probably get along.
The work varies—from native iOS apps with complex animations to React Native projects that need to ship fast and clean. We're not looking for someone who knows all three platforms—we're looking for someone who knows one deeply and understands the others well enough.
We're not looking for someone who "learned LangChain last month." We're looking for someone who has already shipped an AI system to production, who understands the cost of API calls, who knows when RAG beats fine-tuning. If you can write a technical estimate—"this can be done in X days with Y cost"—that's the profile we call.
We don't build Dribbble portfolios. We build products that have to work for real users in production. We're looking for a designer who understands the difference between "pretty" and "usable," who can run discovery with a client independently, and who understands what a design system means in practice.
What to expect if you send a message.
If your profile catches our attention, we get on a 30-minute call—even when we don't have a project. That's how we build the network before we need it. If we can't help right now, we tell you why and when it's worth writing again.
We don't pull "we have something, let's just throw your name in." Before we propose a project, we already know your level, your preferences, your rate. When we call, we call for something that actually fits.
The rate is agreed before the project starts, paid by invoice within the agreed timeframe—no "the client will pay when they pay." Our problem stays our problem, not yours.
Most of our collaborators work on more than one project per year, not just one. If the first project goes well, there's a strong chance we'll call for the next one in 3–6 months.
We're not looking for agencies that "have 50 people and can do everything." We're not looking for juniors who want full-time mentorship and a guaranteed monthly paycheck—we're not built for that yet. We're not looking for specialists "for one tool only"—our projects rarely stay in one stack from start to finish. We're not looking for people who sell their time as a commodity—we're looking for people who sell the result of their time.
The best projects come unexpectedly. We like having trusted people within reach—both when they're looking for us, and when we're looking for them.
