Multi-tenant apps with complex roles, billing, and audit logs. We build systems founders use to win over investors—and that don't need to be rewritten from scratch six months later.
Internal tools and admin panels
Dashboards for sales, operations, and finance. Often they replace five Excel sheets and three Slack channels. Less glamorous than public-facing sites—but people use them eight hours a day, so they have to work right.
B2B and complex e-commerce
Stores with per-customer pricing, multi-warehouse inventory, or ERP integrations. This is where Shopware or custom usually beats Shopify.
Mobile-first products
Apps where mobile isn't secondary—it's the primary channel. Field workers, couriers, retail staff. Often offline-first, with sync when the network comes back.
Legacy refactors and migrations
PHP4 that refuses to die. A 200,000-line monolith. A system nobody fully understands anymore. We come in, read the code, plan migration in phases—because the business can't stop.
AI-augmented products
An existing product where we add an AI layer—semantic search, customer support assistants, document classification, automation of repetitive tasks. AI doesn't ship separately—it ships as part of the software we're already building.
